1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or placing a bid on Everything1Buck, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this service, and you may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain extra signup or referral bonuses, or to place additional bids, is prohibited and may result in suspension.
3. Buk
Buk is an in-app currency with no cash value and no redemption value outside of placing bids on Everything1Buck. Buk cannot be purchased, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for cash. Buk is earned through the signup bonus, the referral program, and watching ads, and is spent when you place a bid. Buk spent on a bid is not refunded, including if that bid does not win.
4. How auctions work
Each auction runs for a fixed window and accepts sealed bids: no bidder can see any other bidder's amount, or the current lowest bid, at any time — including after the auction closes. Each bid you place after your first must be strictly lower than your own previous bid on that auction. When the auction closes, the lowest bid wins. If multiple bidders are tied at the lowest amount, an admin selects the winner from among the tied bidders.
5. Winning an auction
Winning an auction is not a completed purchase. It means you have the right to buy the item at your winning bid amount, plus any applicable tax. An admin will contact you directly, outside the app, to collect payment and arrange shipping. Everything1Buck does not process payments on the platform. If you do not complete payment within a reasonable time after being contacted, your win may be forfeited and offered to another bidder.
6. Referrals and ads
The referral program and ad-watching feature grant Buk bonuses subject to the limits described in the app. We may reverse Buk granted through fraudulent, abusive, or automated activity, and may suspend accounts found to be abusing these programs.
7. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, attempting to circumvent the sealed-bid mechanic, abusing the Buk economy, or other conduct that undermines the fairness of the platform.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular item will be available, that auctions will run on any particular schedule, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everything1Buck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the Buk balance associated with your account at the time of the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
